Yesterday saw the very long awaited wedding of my baby brother and my brand new sister in law (now its offical.) I thought that after photographing so many weddings, I had perfected the art of hiding my emotions however, yesterday I was proved wrong as I shed loads of tears (yes, lots of them.) and found the day so overwhelming. Today, looking back on the pictures makes me feel so fortunate. Fortunate that I have such a wonderful, warm and loving family and a job I adore so much. John and Barb, love you so much. Px

It was great to return to St. Paul’s church in West Derby for the wedding of Mark and Emma, especially as this month we have a wedding featured at the church in “Wedding Ideas” Magazine. It seems like ages since Mark and Emma booked their wedding photography with us and its been such a lovely journey hearing about how Emma was so involved in the making of table plan, bridal stationery and favours etc. She certainly had put her heart and soul into to making their wedding a fairy tale wedding in every way . Emma looked amazing in a dress to die. After the service and some time to mingle with their guests at the church we travelled to The Thistle and received a usual warm welcome by Kath. www.thethistle.com An A* wedding co ordinator who always goes the extra mile to make sure the day is just perfect. A perfect couple and perfect day . Px.

The Sun was beaming down and the lighting was perfect for the wedding of Stuart and Gemma. Such a rich Autumnal day for a wedding so perfectly planned by both Stuart, Gemma and their ever so close families. Stuart decided to break from tradition and chose a “Best Lady” rather than a Best Man. Laura was so organized and delivered a confident speech that was packed with clean, fun humour. When I first met Craig and Victoria, I just knew their wedding would be something different! Whilst 7 bridesmaids may sound a little unusual their choice of colour scheme was something I had never seen before. They chose a yellow, orange and lime green theme. A brave but perfect choice for their glorious Summer wedding and In keeping with the theme ~ the sun shone brightly all day! A beautiful intimate service in St. Joseph’s was followed by celebrations in the marquee at the Thistle in Haydock, www.thistle .com which looked amazing, elegantly decorated with fresh oranges, lemons and limes. Craig and Victoria, hope you have a great honeymoon – we have a surprise waiting for you. Px.
